Teaching Biography
Rom Kant Pandey is an ICT professional and educator with experience in university teaching, government training, and technical capacity building across Nepal. He served as Senior Instructor at Tribhuvan University’s Faculty of Education from 2010 to 2011 and as an e-Government Training Instructor for Nepal government employees from 2014 to 2016.
His teaching experience covers e-Governance, information security, e-Government Procurement, management information systems, and database applications. He designed and delivered courses for government employees and conducted training for water and sanitation stakeholders across Nepal’s five development regions.
Drawing on his work in software development and digital government projects, he connects technical knowledge with practical application. His contributions include training plans, operational manuals, knowledge-transfer programmes, and support for database use, data collection, and processing.
